Refund policy
At Oddly Perfect, we want you to be happy with your order. Our products are designed for babies, feeding and teething, so we take product safety and hygiene seriously.
This policy explains how refunds, returns, exchanges and cancellations work when you buy from us. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
1. Changed your mind?
For most online orders, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. After telling us you want to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the item. Under UK rules for online purchases, refunds must generally be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, and the standard delivery cost should be refunded where applicable.

Please do not send any items back before contacting us, so we can confirm the return instructions.
2. Return condition
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In a resellable condition
- Returned with any accessories, instructions or packaging supplied with the product
Customers are allowed to inspect items in the same way they would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund if an item has been used, damaged or handled more than necessary. GOV.UK guidance says businesses cannot deduct fees from a refund unless the item has been used or damaged.
3. Hygiene and baby products
Because many Oddly Perfect products are used for baby feeding or teething, hygiene matters.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used. If a product arrives in sealed packaging or with a hygiene seal, we cannot accept it for return once the seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
This is in line with UK guidance that sealed items cannot always be returned for hygiene reasons once opened, unless faulty.
4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described or you have received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue so we can help quickly.
If an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it is supposed to do, you are entitled to a remedy under UK consumer law. This may include a refund, repair or replacement depending on the circumstances. GOV.UK states that a full refund must be offered where an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it is supposed to do.
5. Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless we agree otherwise.
If the item is faulty, damaged, not as described or we sent you the wrong item, we will arrange a suitable solution and will not expect you to pay reasonable return postage for our mistake.
We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning items, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, card provider or payment provider to process the refund.
For eligible cancellations, we will refund the item price and the cost of standard delivery where required by law. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we only need to refund the cost of standard delivery.
7. Exchanges
We may offer an exchange where stock is available, for example if you received the wrong item or need a replacement for a faulty product.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange used teething or feeding products unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
8. Sale items and discount codes
Your legal rights are the same whether you bought an item at full price, on sale or using a discount code. GOV.UK states that customers have the same refund rights for sale items as they do for full-price items.
9. Non-returnable items
Unless faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we cannot accept returns for:
- Used baby feeding or teething products
- Items with broken hygiene seals
- Items not in a resellable condition
- Gift cards, if offered
- Custom or personalised products, if offered
10. International orders
We ship to customers outside the UK. International customers may have additional rights depending on their country or region. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights you may have under applicable local law.
International customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns, unless the item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly supplied.
Customs duties, import taxes and local delivery charges are usually non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
