This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works when you place an order with Oddly Perfect through www.oddlyperfect.shop.

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3-5 days after payment has been received.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. During busy periods, sales, product launches or seasonal peaks, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available, your tracking details will be included in that email.

We currently ship to:

UK and International

If your location is not available at checkout, we may not currently ship to your area.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

UK standard delivery: 2–5 working days
UK express delivery: 2–3 working days
International delivery: 7–10 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs checks, incorrect delivery details, public holidays, severe weather, high order volumes or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

We may offer free shipping from time to time, subject to minimum order values, promotional terms or delivery location restrictions.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Oddly Perfect is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at perfectandodd@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Missed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may leave instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting the parcel.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, delivery was refused, or the address provided was incorrect, we may ask you to pay additional shipping costs before the order is resent. Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return was caused by our error or your legal rights say otherwise.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [insert email address] with your order number.

We may need to allow a reasonable amount of time for the courier to investigate before we can offer a replacement, refund or further resolution.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at perfectandodd@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product. This helps us investigate with the courier and resolve the issue quickly.

International Orders, Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges applied by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless clearly stated at checkout. Oddly Perfect is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees charged by local authorities.

If an international parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees and returned to us, we may deduct any return shipping costs, courier fees or unpaid charges from any refund where permitted by law.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page or order information where possible.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available, unless stated otherwise.
